Tillerpost started in 2022 in a bakery that was growing faster than its owner could read email. Every hire meant a folder of applications, a spreadsheet nobody else could see and a lot of people never hearing back.

The software for this was built for companies with recruiters. We built the version for a business where the person hiring also runs the ovens, the shop floor or the books.

We are a small team and we answer support ourselves. You pay per role while it is open, and nothing when you are not hiring. That is the whole of our business model.
